OUR STORY
Hi! I'm Beth Sanders. I grew up on the same family farm I now live on with my husband, son and his wife and our 2 beautiful grandchildren. I've always had a deep love for animals and can't imagine life without them. We raise beef cattle, sheep, chickens and horses alongside our corgis, so they are very well socialized by people and other animals.

Beth's Pawsitively Corgis, is a family-based atmosphere grounded in our deep roots with our farm and animals. We live on a 4 generations farm where everyone is involved with all the animals, especially our dogs. Our grandchildren are especially fond of the corgis, of course, that's because corgis are such wonderful family dogs.

I got my first female 15 years ago and just fell head over heels in love with the breed. At first, I started breeding to promote the breed, but as I've gotten deeper into my program, I've actually built a corgi community with the people that have bought puppies from me over the years.

ABOUT OUR PUPPIES
Enrichment & Socialization
With 2 small grandchildren and a lot of puppy loving friends, our puppies are exposed to a wide variety of people and circumstances here on the farm. I do not allow other people to bring their dogs for obvious health and safety concerns, but they are played with and I supply a variety of toys to help stimulate them and encourage positive behavior. I also start them on potty training on artificial grass potty training pads to help them get accustomed to thinking about where they go potty. It seems to really help with transition to using potty on actual grass when they're older.
We also show them lots of love and handle them daily from birth. This helps them get used to having their feet, ears, faces handled. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with Children, Toys, e.g. Ball, Socialized with Cats, Socialized with Other Animals, Household Desensitization, Grooming Desensitization, Touch Desensitization, Noises , Outdoors (when Weather permits), Exposure to Livestock. I also have lots of friends and family who come over to handle the puppies and help out with the puppies daily. I do not take them to public places to expose them to outside people as puppies are not fully vaccinated until 16 weeks.
Health
I have a wonderful vet that I've known for years, worked with her as a vet tech for several years. I take the puppies to her at 1 day old to have tails, dew claws removed and general wellness checkup. They are wormed at 2, 4, 6 weeks and given 1st shot at 7 weeks. I also have a litter fecal test done with every litter to make sure there are no parasite issues. Also, each litter gets a complete health exam at 7 weeks. Every puppy goes home with a complete health record and health certification from my veterinarian.

Health Guarantee
I offer a 1-year genetic guarantee, as I do test for genetic disorders common to my breed. Each puppy is guaranteed healthy when it leaves here. They are vet checked and have a current fecal to check for internal parasites, but I also explain to each puppy buyer their responsibility in keeping it healthy, what vaccines are still needed, to be careful about exposure to other dogs, puppy parks, pet stores, etc. until the puppy is fully vaccinated. I also encourage getting an appointment with their vet within a couple weeks of getting a puppy.
